Against the backdrop of global infrastructure restructuring and the accelerating green transition, China’s construction machinery industry is moving toward a new stage of value-driven leadership. On December 28, SDLG successfully concluded its new product launch event, officially unveiling three hydrostatic bulldozers, the D18H, D26H, and D82H, and marking the rollout of the world’s first D82H ultra-large hydrostatic bulldozer. This milestone signifies that SDLG has entered a phase of “second entrepreneurship” with full independence and is accelerating its internationalisation process.
Technological Breakthroughs: Comprehensive Upgrades in Efficiency, Intelligence, and Reliability

Building on its deep expertise in hydrostatic drive technology, SDLG has officially launched the D82H, the world’s highest-horsepower hydrostatic bulldozer, marking a major breakthrough in the development of high-end and intelligent equipment.
High Efficiency and Energy Saving
The D82H adopts the industry’s first four-pump, six-motor hydrostatic drive system. Through coordinated control of multiple pumps and motors, it successfully achieves the localization of core hydraulic components. Compared with traditional hydromechanical transmission, overall machine efficiency is improved by about 10%, with energy savings exceeding 10%.
Intelligent Control
The product is equipped with a self-developed fully electronic load-sensing hydraulic system, delivering precise and adjustable movements while supporting personalized operating mode settings. With industry-leading intelligence, it enables assisted driving, remote control operation, and unmanned operation, significantly improving operating comfort and work accuracy.
Reliability and Durability
The D82H is specially reinforced for heavy-duty applications such as mining and large-scale infrastructure projects, delivering outstanding reliability. It can operate in coordination with various mining equipment on site, forming integrated and efficient solutions.
Technology Expansion
The hydrostatic transmission, full electronic control, and other core technologies applied in this product are the result of the company’s many years of R&D accumulation and feature strong scalability. The successful application of these technologies has laid a solid foundation for the development of larger-tonnage models.
Market Coverage:
Serving global infrastructure with a focus on key regions

The D18H and D26H models launched at the same time, together with the D82H, form a complete product matrix covering multiple scenarios and tonnage classes, precisely adapting to diverse working conditions and different global markets.
In the domestic market, these products are widely applied in highways, railways, water conservancy projects, and mining operations, closely supporting areas such as new infrastructure development and rural revitalization. They are able to meet a wide range of demands, from conventional construction to heavy-duty mining applications.
In the international market, product development has focused from the outset on overseas and emerging market needs, with full adaptability to complex environments such as high temperatures and high altitudes. SDLG is comprehensively advancing enterprise internationalisation, not only promoting products globally but also accelerating its global layout in talent, service, and capital.
Strategic Synergy: Expanding Emerging Product Lines and Accelerating Internationalisation

Under the strategic guidance of “specialising in and optimising traditional product lines, appropriately expanding strategic emerging product lines, and achieving product clustering, technological modernisation, efficient management, and enterprise internationalisation,” SDLG has actively seized the opportunities of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, and in May 2025 invested in and commenced construction of a high-end equipment manufacturing base.
The project has a total construction area of 27,000 square metres and includes one production line for high-end bulldozers and one production line for ultra-large excavators. Both lines have now been fully completed and officially put into operation.
After reaching full production capacity, the project is expected to achieve an annual output of 3,000 high-end bulldozers and 1,000 ultra-large excavators by 2026. According to the plan, by 2030, revenue from strategic emerging product lines is expected to increase significantly, injecting strong momentum into the company’s long-term and sustainable development.
In terms of core technologies, SDLG continues to strengthen independent R&D capabilities. The new bulldozers apply key technologies such as closed-loop hydrostatic transmission, multi-pump and multi-motor coordinated control, and full electronic control, all of which are the result of years of accumulated development. These technologies significantly improve product development efficiency.
Looking ahead, bulldozers will work in coordination with excavators, wheel loaders, and other equipment to provide integrated solutions for infrastructure construction and mining operations.
Building on a new starting point of independent operation, SDLG has established an internationalisation policy of “Breakthrough Operations, Leapfrog Progress,” with a strong focus on advancing into the high-end market.
By accelerating the global network layout, promoting talent localisation, and developing overseas financing platforms, SDLG is comprehensively enhancing its international competitiveness.
Future Outlook:
Independent Innovation, Advancing Toward the High End of the Global Value Chain
SDLG remains committed to independent development of core technologies, achieving an in-house parts matching rate of 85% for complete machines and driving coordinated growth across the industrial chain. Guided by the direction of product clustering, technological modernization, efficient management, and enterprise internationalisation, the company will continue to strengthen its traditional product advantages, accelerate the expansion of emerging product lines, and build a construction machinery brand with strong global influence.
In terms of bulldozer product line planning, the company aims to complete the development and mass launch of a full range of hydrostatic bulldozers from 140 horsepower to 820 horsepower within the next two to three years, with the goal of entering the first tier of the bulldozer market within five years.
Taking this new product launch as a starting point, SDLG is moving into a new stage of globalization with greater independence and innovation. The company will continue to deepen its global footprint, accelerate efforts in high value-added fields such as electrification and intelligent technologies, and enable “Chinese Manufacturing” to shine more brightly globally.
