2026 Off to a Strong Start | 26 Units of Electric Wheel Loaders Delivered

Riding the Waves, Harnessing the Wind, Setting Out on a New Journey
As the new year begins, SDLG once again delivers a strong start to 2026.

A milestone order of 2026, with the delivery of 26 customized electric wheel loaders. This is not just a symbolic coincidence, but a powerful testament to SDLG’s strength and trust earned over time.

Recently, SDLG successfully held a handover and dispatch ceremony with a major port client, marking the delivery and shipment of the first batch of new energy wheel loaders. Representatives of the client and relevant SDLG leaders attended the ceremony, jointly witnessing the departure of 26 customized electric wheel loaders.

This cooperation not only reflects the client’s strong trust in SDLG, but also provides robust and reliable equipment support for the port’s green transition.

Challenge One: How to Achieve Both Efficiency and Endurance?

The 26 electric wheel loaders delivered in this project are equipped with high-energy-density, modular lithium iron phosphate battery packs, enabling 5 to 8 hours of operation with just 1.2 hours of charging. This effectively eliminates users’ range anxiety and aligns perfectly with the 24-hour continuous operating rhythm of port operations, significantly boosting both equipment availability and operational efficiency.

Challenge Two: How Can Equipment Remain Stable in Complex Operating Environments?

To address material corrosion challenges, the equipments feature corrosion-resistant materials combined with an electrophoretic primer coating, providing comprehensive protection for key structural components. This significantly extends service life in demanding environments, reduces full life-cycle maintenance costs, and delivers a stronger return on investment.

Challenge Three: How Do New Energy Machines Ensure Worry-Free Operation?

SDLG provides an on-site port service support model, with dedicated professional service teams closely monitoring equipment operating conditions and delivering customized operation and maintenance training. This ensures stable and efficient performance throughout the equipment’s service life, allowing customers to operate with confidence and peace of mind.

The success of this cooperation not only reflects the client’s strong recognition of SDLG’s product strength and value creation capabilities, but also marks the beginning of a new phase in which both parties jointly advance the development of a zero-carbon smart port, with the delivery of the first batch of 26 electric wheel loaders in 2026 serving as a key milestone.

Looking ahead, SDLG will continue to drive innovation across core application scenarios such as ports and mining. Through smarter and greener customized solutions, SDLG is committed to supporting global partners in achieving sustainable transformation and jointly shaping a new blueprint for industry development.
