Recently, SDLG delivered a comprehensive solution of earthmoving and road equipment to a large-scale power plant construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Located deep in the desert, the project site endures extreme temperatures soaring up to 45°C, with harsh working conditions that place exceptionally high demands on equipment reliability and coordinated operation capabilities.

From large-scale earthmoving and site leveling in the early stages, to foundation compaction and material handling in the mid-term, and finally to plant road paving in the later phases, the company customized a full project-cycle equipment solution tailored to the customer's needs.

For large-scale overseas infrastructure projects, time is money. Faced with the customer's urgent timeline, the company's delivery speed emerged as another standout highlight.
From order confirmation to port consolidation and shipment of the first batch, the company cut the lead time by 20%. Upon arrival at Saudi Arabia's Dammam and Jeddah ports, the Saudi team worked closely with the local dealer to smoothly complete all port pickups, transport coordination, and on-site preliminary inspections, setting a new efficiency record for overseas bulk deliveries of comparable scale.
"We originally expected the process to take two weeks, but the SDLG team got it all done within one week. That response speed is truly astonishing," said the on-site project manager of the Saudi power plant's general contractor.
To ensure sustained high-performance operation under extreme conditions, the company simultaneously launched the "Global Quality Service Tour" Saudi Arabia initiative. A dedicated team comprising SDLG technical experts and local senior service engineers was stationed at the project site, establishing a "7×24" spare parts forward stockpile to provide round-the-clock support and safeguard the project timeline.
