SDLG recently held a dealership authorization signing ceremony with Australian dealer Greymach. Mr. Wen Degang, General Manager of SDLG, attended the event, while Mr. Wang Xiaohui, Vice General Manager of SDLG and General Manager of International Marketing Headquarters, and Mr. Bruce, General Manager of Greymach, officially signed the cooperation agreement. Mr. Yu Xiangyong, Assistant General Manager of SDLG, Mr. Shi Dong, General Manager of SDLG India & Australia Marketing Company, together with representatives from both parties, also attended the ceremony.

During the meeting, Mr. Wen Degang introduced the latest progress of SDLG’s internationalization strategy. He noted that following the completion of the equity separation from Volvo, SDLG has achieved rapid growth in its overseas business, with overseas sales increasing by more than 60% in the first half of this year. The company is fully confident in achieving its annual sales targets. As one of SDLG’s key strategic overseas markets, Australia will benefit from the integration of SDLG’s full industrial chain resources, including product localization, spare parts support, and dealer network development, to further strengthen the brand’s presence in the region.
Mr. Bruce, General Manager of Greymach, shared the company’s extensive experience in the Western Australian market. As a well-established local agricultural equipment dealer, Greymach will leverage its existing sales network and strengthen market investment to rapidly introduce SDLG’s full range of construction equipment. Supported by its expertise in new energy technologies, Greymach will also focus on promoting SDLG’s electric equipment, accelerating the development of the green equipment market in Australia.
This partnership fills an important gap in SDLG’s dealer network across Western Australia and South Australia, creating a stronger connection with key customers in the mining and infrastructure sectors. It also provides new momentum for both parties to jointly expand the Australian market and achieve long-term mutual success.
Building on this partnership, SDLG and Greymach will work together to establish an integrated operating system covering equipment sales, spare parts supply, and localized services. Leveraging SDLG’s comprehensive product portfolio and differentiated electric equipment solutions, the two companies will continue expanding across Australia's mining, infrastructure, and agricultural sectors, further strengthening SDLG’s dealer network in Oceania and enhancing the brand’s influence in high-end global markets.
