SDLG Brazil Inaugurates New Branch and Begins a New Era in the Brazilian Market

Opening Ceremony brings together customers, partners and leaders to celebrate the consolidation of SDLG’s new operation in Brazil

On August 12, SDLG Brazil celebrated a historic milestone in its journey in the country.

In Campinas, customers, distributors, strategic partners, suppliers, government institutions, banks and representatives from different sectors gathered to celebrate the Opening Ceremony, an event that officially marked the inauguration of SDLG Brazil new branch and the beginning of a new phase of the company’s operations in the Brazilian market.

A New Chapter for SDLG in Brazil

The moment also represents an important step in SDLG’s global internationalization strategy.

In his speech, Mr. Yu Xiangyong, General Manager Assistant of SDLG, highlighted that the company has been transforming its international presence, moving from a model based on product exports toward an increasingly localized structure in strategic markets.

“We are no longer simply exporting products to the world. We are building SDLG around the world.”

In this context, Brazil holds a strategic position as one of the main markets in Latin America and as an important platform for SDLG’s development in the region.

The new Brazilian operation is built around a clear commitment: strengthening sales and services, expanding parts availability, providing increasingly efficient after-sales support and, above all, building long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Government of the State of São Paulo Actively Supports SDLG’s Continued Investments in Brazil

At the inauguration ceremony, Ms. Martha Coelho, Superintendent of Projects at the São Paulo State Investment Promotion Agency (InvestSP), attended the event and expressed her support for SDLG’s development in the country.

Martha Coelho highlighted that SDLG’s continued increase in investments in the Brazilian market will further drive the development of local industry and job creation, bringing a positive impact to the regional economy. The Government of the State of São Paulo and InvestSP will continue to monitor and support the company’s investment plans locally, actively assisting in the advancement of projects and providing the support and coordination required for their implementation.

She also stated that the State of São Paulo welcomes SDLG’s business expansion in the region and hopes to strengthen future cooperation to jointly promote the implementation of additional investment projects in Brazil.

This statement reflects the local government’s strong recognition of SDLG’s long-term commitment to the Brazilian market, creating a favorable external environment for the company to continue expanding its local investments and improving its operational structure.

A Ceremony Symbolizing a New Era

One of the most emblematic moments of the Opening Ceremony was the ribbon-cutting ceremony, carried out by five representatives who symbolize different pillars of this new stage for SDLG in Brazil: Ms. Martha Coelho, Superintendent of Projects at InvestSP; Mr. Yu Xiangyong, General Manager Assistant of SDLG; Mr. Frank Feng, Head of Latin America Marketing Company of SDLG; Mr. Luiz Gustavo, owner of Tracbel Group; and Mr. Jackie Sun, CEO of SDLG Brazil.

The ceremony represented the union between the journey SDLG has already built in the country and the future that is now beginning to take shape.

Closer to Customers

During the event, guests had the opportunity to take a closer look at SDLG’s portfolio, including its electric solutions, a segment in which the company holds global sales leadership.

The display of the machines was accompanied by a fundamental message for this new phase: SDLG Brazil is prepared not only to sell equipment, but also to support its customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their machines.

The company is strengthening its local after-sales structure and maintains an initial inventory of approximately 10,000 types of spare parts, enabling greater agility in meeting customers’ needs.

This work is complemented by a network of five strategic local dealers — Tracbel, Linck, Nors, Gotemburgo and Suprema — which together have more than 40 service locations across Brazil.

This structure reinforces one of SDLG’s main commitments: to be closer to customers, respond more quickly and build long-term relationships.

A Strategy Based on Four Pillars

In his speech, Mr. Jackie Sun, CEO of SDLG Brazil, presented the company’s main strategic directions for the coming years.

The strategy is based on four pillars: deepening its presence in the local market; strengthening customer service and after-sales support; developing Brazilian talent; and continuing to invest in the future.

With a portfolio that includes wheel loaders, excavators, motor graders, compactors and backhoe loaders, SDLG will continue expanding its solutions for sectors such as construction, infrastructure, mining and agribusiness.

The company is also preparing new product launches for the Brazilian market, reinforcing its intention to continue expanding its presence and meeting customers’ different needs.

As Jackie Sun highlighted: “We believe that a strong local team is essential to understanding the market, serving customers and supporting our dealers.”

Technology, People and Partnership

SDLG’s new phase is also directly connected to the development of an increasingly well-prepared local team.

Today, the company already has Brazilian professionals working in areas such as sales, services, training, parts, human resources, finance and logistics, and will continue investing in the development of these capabilities.

For SDLG, being in Brazil means understanding the Brazilian market, listening to its customers and continuously adapting its operations to local needs.

Building the Future Together

The Opening Ceremony brought a day of celebration to a close, but for SDLG Brazil, it primarily marked the beginning of a new journey.

A journey based on a more local operation, a better-prepared structure, a strengthened partner network and an even greater commitment to customers.

Brazil is a strategic market for SDLG. And the new branch represents the company’s decision to invest in this market, develop its presence and build sustainable long-term relationships.

As Yu Xiangyong summarized in his speech, SDLG Brazil’s success will be built through trust and cooperation with its customers, dealers and partners.

Growing together. Succeeding together. Building a better future together

This is the new chapter of SDLG Brazil.

And it begins now.
