

At the recently concluded SDLG Global Dealer Summit, partners from around the world gathered to discuss cooperation, demonstrating SDLG’s strong cohesion and growth momentum in global markets. To further enhance cultural integration and strategic alignment between overseas teams and headquarters, SDLG launched the first “SDLG Culture Journey” shortly after the summit. Selected overseas employees were invited to Linyi for an immersive program themed around company care, cultural engagement and technical exchange.

As a continuation of the summit, this program focused on cultural exchange and emotional connection. Through structured courses and immersive visits, overseas employees gained a comprehensive understanding of SDLG’s development journey, corporate culture and product strengths. They visited intelligent production workshops to see SDLG’s solid achievements in advanced manufacturing and technological innovation and toured the SDLG Museum to learn about the company’s entrepreneurial path and milestones. SDLG also prepared practical Chinese learning materials and a warm tea party to encourage open communication between Chinese and international employees. In addition, specialized skills training was provided to help overseas staff enhance their service and support capabilities.
Throughout the program, the overseas employees showed strong enthusiasm for learning and actively engaged in every activity. They took notes, asked questions and participated in hands-on practice, which not only deepened their understanding of the products but also helped them gradually adapt to the working rhythm and daily culture in China. Their admiration for SDLG’s scale and craftsmanship could be heard throughout the visit, reflecting genuine recognition of and trust in the company.

This “SDLG Culture Journey” marks an important step in SDLG’s efforts to develop global talent and extend its corporate culture worldwide. It also provides valuable practical experience for future plans to build ongoing, region-based integration programs for overseas employees.
Looking ahead, SDLG will continue to refine its “bringing people in” mechanism, organizing more focused and in-depth cultural exchanges and skills training by region and in small, effective groups. These efforts aim to help SDLG’s culture and product knowledge take root within overseas teams, steadily building a global workforce with true cohesion, belonging and strength.
