From December 15th to 19th, 2025, SDLG Europe successfully conducted a specialized service training program for dealers and partners. The event brought together service teams from over ten countries across Europe, including Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Portugal, and Norway.

The training focused on SDLG's medium and compact excavators, as well as its evolving electric product range. Combining theoretical instruction, fault diagnosis exercises, and hands-on practice, the program aimed to deepen participants' understanding of core technologies and enhance their service capabilities.
A key segment was dedicated to the electrical and hydraulic systems of the E6225H medium excavator and the ER636H compact excavator. Recognizing a common need among partners, 1.5 days were allocated to an intensive, practical breakdown of hydraulic principles, transforming complex theory into actionable knowledge. Live demonstrations and guided practice ensured a smooth transition from learning to application.
The curriculum also provided a systematic overview of SDLG's electric product architecture and reinforced standard service procedures. Using models like the L958HEV, 6225HEV, and 655HEV as case studies, trainers thoroughly explained the design logic and maintenance essentials of high and low voltage electrical systems.
During practical sessions, participants engaged in immersive maintenance and fault diagnosis exercises for core models, followed by focused discussions on high-frequency service issues. The training concluded with a knowledge assessment to confirm the mastery of key skills. All 21 participants successfully engaged with 63 targeted professional skill points.

Looking ahead, SDLG Europe remains committed to market-focused growth. We will continue to partner with our distributors through regular technical training and resource sharing, enhancing service quality together to achieve long-term, mutual success.
